The British Council is seeking to appoint several inspiring, caring and dedicated professionals to cover the Early Years' Customer Service Agents position at our Madrid Teaching Centre . These positions would be part-time appointments.
The appointed candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experience to Early Years customers at every point of the customer journey from lead generation and follow up, to day- to-day customer service and customer loyalty management.

The Madrid Teaching Centre is the largest centre in Spain and we work with 4 life stages from Early Years to Adults.
The British Council delivers a number of Early Years programmes in a range of different contexts in Europe to children between 2 and 5 years old. One of our key priorities is the development of our Early Years segment and this post is designed to support this agenda. Working with the Customer Services and Marketing teams in the centre, the post holder will provide specialised service to the parents of children aged 2 to 5.
This is a new post which will be the key point of contact for parents of Early Years children in the Madrid Teaching Centre. The post holder will also support the marketing and Teaching Centre academic teams with a focus on Early Years growth.
British Council Early Years provision is seen as pioneering best practice in ECE (Early Childhood Education) thereby enhancing UK's leadership and shared learning through international education.

The successful applicants for this post will have:
·A real desire to exemplify British Council's values.
·Completed professional training (FP) or university degree qualification in either marketing/business administration and/or early years (auxiliar or tecnico de jardin de infancia or grado en educación infantil).
·English to the level of B2 or above (C1 level desirable) in English, and C2 level in Spanish.
·Minimum one year experience in sales oriented Customer Service, ideally in education, and experience in call centre and/or administrative environment working as part of a collaborative team.
·Using Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer
·Using digital tools: CMS, Google analytics, E-mailing tool
·Using business systems type SAP,TCMS, Alice or similar
