Act as a first point of contact
Proactively manage and maintain the agenda of the management team members by scheduling meetings and conference calls, arranging appointments.
Organiza and coordinate meetings and events to ensure all required materials and catering requirements are provided.
Coordinate travel arrangements
Provide administrative support.
Expenses and credit card reconciliation.
Miscellaneous support tasks.
Ad-hoc support for major projects as and when necessary.
Liaise with other PAs at international level in order to ensure commitments are met.
5 +years’ professional experience, international environment experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and adapt to change
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Proficient English (both spoken and written)
Proficiency at other languages such as French and Italian is a plus
Ability to work on an international environment.
Tact and discretion
Temporary Contrat (6 months) + Permanent Full-Time contract.
Flexible hours (40h per week)
